Mira Kapoor-led urban wellness startup Dhun Wellness has raised $4 Mn (INR 36.6 Cr) in a fresh funding round from SRF Ltd and Havells India.
The round also saw participation from a host of angel investors, including Inspira global director Arushi Aayush Agrawal, Saama Capital founder and managing partner Ash Lilani, Tracxn cofounder Abhishek Goyal, Genesis Luxury founder Sanjay Kapoor, and others.
The startup plans to use the fresh funds to expand its footprint to Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. It also plans to launch a physical centre in Delhi NCR.
A portion of the capital will go towards strengthening its clinical and longevity-led offerings as well as building operational depth across centres.
Actor Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Kapoor founded Dhun Wellness in 2023 as a rejuvenation centre to offer spa treatments and wellness therapies. The startup’s flagship Mumbai facility in Bandra was opened in May 2025 to provide regenerative facials, Ayurvedic healing, and other treatments.
Going forward, the wellness startup plans to build a comprehensive longevity vertical, focussing on preventive care, personalised wellness protocols and long-term health optimisation.
Targeting urban consumers, Dhun Wellness claims that it is witnessing a 15% month-on-month (MoM) growth in demand, without disclosing actual numbers.
“Urban India is evolving, and so are its wellness needs. At Dhun, our goal has always been to bridge traditional knowledge with modern longevity science in a way that feels accessible, elevated, and personalised. This next chapter allows us to take that vision to more cities with the same integrity and depth,” Kapoor said.
The startup is eyeing a piece of India’s growing health and wellness market, which is projected to become a $256.9 Bn opportunity by 2033. The space is being fueled by startups that offer wellness supplements, growing urban demand and health-conscious behaviour setting in among Indians. On top of this, new-age healthtech ventures focussed on longevity are also fuelling the rise of the space. Be it Eternal founder Deepinder Goyal’s wearable venture Temple or Ultrahuman’s healthtech pitch, the space is witnessing renewed traction.
