Mumbai-based AI-powered advertising and consumer growth platform Mobavenue AI Tech’s profit after tax surged 107.4% to ₹7.6 Cr in the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26) from ₹3.7 Cr in the same period last year, on the back of strong revenue growth and margin expansion.
Revenue from operations jumped 67.2% to ₹55.1 Cr during the quarter under review from ₹33 Cr in Q3 FY25. In a statement, Mobavenue attributed the revenue growth to strong direct advertiser demand across sectors, including quick commerce, BFSI, fintech and retail, along with expansion in global markets and continued momentum in connected TV and video advertising platforms.
EBITDA grew 113% to ₹12.3 Cr in Q3 FY26 from ₹5.8 Cr in the year-ago quarter, while EBITDA margin expanded 480 basis points to 22.2% from 17.4% in Q3 FY25. Its profit after tax margin improved to 13.8% from 11.1% a year ago.
The company posted a profit after tax of ₹20.9 Cr on an operational revenue of ₹155.9 Cr in the first nine months of the ongoing fiscal year. EBITDA margin stood at 20.5% during the period.
“Crossing ₹155 Cr in revenue over the first nine months of the year, while sustaining and improving EBITDA margins above 20%, reflects the strength of our platform-led model and disciplined execution in a dynamic global environment,” Mobavenue MD and CEO Ishank Joshi said.
According to Joshi, the company’s performance was led by the continued advancement of its GMP 360 Stack and the ongoing strengthening of its proprietary platforms.
“We continue to see broad-based growth across geographies and verticals, supported by outcome-linked engagements, premium inventory access, and data-driven optimisation. Platforms such as PrsmX and SurgeX gained further traction alongside our geographic expansion, reinforcing our focus on outcome quality, margin resilience, and long-term platform leverage,” he added.
The company’s board also declared an interim dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share.
