Very Affordable Android Tablet Now Available

Micro-Star International (MSI) a Taiwanese PC manufacturer recently launched an Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread operating system powered range of tablets. With prices starting from Rs 13,999 (approx $ 313) the company aims to cash in on the burgeoning 'tablet' market.

While the bigger brands like Apple's iPad and Research in Motions's PlayBook are priced above Rs 25,000 (approx $ 559), the smaller competitors are focusing on price conscious customers.

These tablets will be available in two variants -- 7-inch (Rs 13,999) and 10-inch (Rs 14,999) in India. These tablets with multi-touch capacitive displays sport a 1.2 GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor and 512 MB RAM with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® 2.1.

They come equipped with a 2 MP rear as well as front camera for video calling. Adobe Flash 10.1 support is present and therefore no compromise has been made towards delivering a good web browsing experience. It also has Micro-SD card slot (Max 32 GB), and the weight: 795g for Enjoy 10 and 395g for Enjoy 7.
